You have complete ownership and control over your personal information. You can request the permanent deletion of your JayakHub account and all associated personal data at any time, directly within the mobile application (Settings → Privacy → Delete Account) or through our official online deletion portal, without requiring reinstallation.
Submitting a customer account deletion request permanently erases your personal profile, contact information, saved delivery addresses, preferred payment methods, accrued loyalty points, and promotional preferences. Active application sessions and notification subscriptions are immediately terminated.
Deleting a driver profile removes personal contact records and profile information. In compliance with applicable legal, fiscal, and transportation regulations in Iraq, certain KYC documentation, identity verifications, trip earnings, and tax records are securely archived for statutory retention periods before final disposal.
Merchant account termination concludes platform agreements and purges public storefront listings, menus, and marketing profiles. Transaction receipts, settlement histories, and invoicing records are maintained in encrypted archives to comply with financial auditing and taxation requirements.
